Updates

Sorry it's been so long since i've posted anything. I've been having some picture loading issues with blogger and what fun is a blog without pictures! Anyways, lots has happened in the last month or so. Logan has learned lots of new words: hot, help, fish, push (when putting his snow boots on!), please, juice, bye, bye, baby, certain sounds for dog, cat, Ho,Ho,Ho-which mostly comes out O,O,O! He's learning so much each day! Its just crazy.

Logan was in for his 18 month check up about mid november and the doctor informed me that he's "a little tall and a little skinny." I was shocked to find that out (not!). He grew 4 inches and gained only 3 pounds in the 6 months since his 1 year check-up which landed him at 25 lbs and 34.5 inches.

He's become quite the little helper around the house. When we're getting ready to go in the morning he gets my shoes out of the closet for me-it's a lucky chance if they happen to match! He has to scoop the food out and feed the dog before we can get in the car, and he has to tell everything Bye, Bye before we can leave the garage!

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend out at Nana and Papa's house. The weather wasn't so good but we had fun playing with the kitten, going to the horse drawn parade and going sledding down the hills at the lake.

Fall Fun!

It's been a busy fall!!! We spent a great Saturday afternoon at Rheault Farm in Fargo with Chrissa and Cameron. We got to play games, paint pumpkins, frost a yummy treat, and lots more! Not so sure the boys got the point of the photo board!

In September we had a neighborhood hayride... It fell right around the time Logan needed a nap...he faught hard but didn't make it!

About 3 seconds after I clicked this picture, he wiggled a little and had a terrified look on his face- don't worry though- mom is just barely out of the picture-ready to grab him if he moves! Still loves brushing! Even helps Nana brush!

I brought him inside at the lake one day for lunch. After I got him going I had to run to the bathroom. That was when I noticed it was pretty quiet out in the kitchen. This is what I found when I got there...that's Nana and Papa's new kitten, Coco, having some green beans for lunch! Guess she snuck in when we opened the door to come in!

This toy is supposed to be pushed in closer and pushed around. If he wants to ride on it the blue seat is supposed to go down. This day he wasn't going to wait for help to get the seat right...it was a low rider!

It's hard to keep track of how many trips we took up and down the stairs at the lake this summer! Logan's favorite spot was at the top where he would stop and look out through the spindles and wave at whoever was looking!

So much fun! Not much down time, that's for sure!

Just when I thought about putting the Jeep away, Logan decided to crawl back in on his own and take it for a spin! He looks a little akward but if he keeps one leg out he can get out by himself too! What a smart duck!

Cousin Fun

Brady and Tressa came for a 3 week visit this summer and we had a blast! Everyone camped out at our house for most of one of the weeks. We were pretty busy while they were here! We went to minnow races on Tuesday, turtle races on Wednesday and decided it would be fun to race frogs at home on Thursday! The big kids had fun racing frogs and Logan stayed busy playing with the thrower for Hunter! Whatever keeps him busy!
